Bookings:
-
A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Your quote is valid for 72 hours. Until the booking fee is paid, your date is open to other clients. By paying the booking fee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A minimum of 4 people, including the bride, is required for any wedding booking. Additional appointments may be added, but not reduced after confirmation.

Trials:

Bridal previews are held at my studio in Hayle on Mondays and Wednesdays or via Zoom for destination brides. Trials are recommended 2-3 months before the wedding.
​
Travel Fees:
-
The client must cover parking and toll costs.

Travel costs are included in your bespoke quote. For locations beyond 40 miles, overnight accommodation at or near your wedding venue will also be added to your quote. For destination weddings, all travel and accommodation expenses are the client’s responsibility.
Liability:

Brushes and tools are sanitised between applications. Report any allergies or skin conditions before the appointment. I’m not liable for allergic reactions.

I may refuse service to anyone with compromised health (e.g., cold sores, conjunctivitis) or inappropriate behaviour (e.g., being under the influence, aggressive). You are responsible for any damage to my kit.

If I must cancel, I will try to find a replacement artist. If not, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued.

On the Day:

Punctuality is essential; delays may reduce services without refund.

My kit is reserved for booked clients only. Additional location changes or requests may incur extra charges.

Payment:

Final balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding. If booking within 8 weeks, full payment is required within 48 hours. Non-payment may result in cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:​

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 6 months before the event date to avoid full payment charges.

Cancellations Within 6 Months:

If cancelled within 6 months of the event, full payment is due and non-refundable due to the time and resources reserved.

Partial Refund:

If cancelled more than 6 months in advance, a partial refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred.

Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, disasters), we will review and discuss options, including rescheduling or partial refunds.

Rescheduling:

We will try to accommodate a new date, but if unavailable, full payment may apply. Rescheduling must be done at least 6 months in advance.

Non-refundable booking fees:

All booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

Additional Costs:

You are responsible for any third-party costs (travel, products, etc.) incurred before cancellation.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
